At Zolo Fashions, we partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) — 2 to 4 business days
- Tier-2 Cities & State Capitals — 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India — 4 to 7 business days
- Remote / North-East regions — 7 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak sale seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking details via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee applies as detailed in the table below.
Express Shipping
Need it faster? We offer express shipping for select pin codes across India. Express orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day and typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days for metro cities.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece you buy from Zolo Fashions. If something does not work out, we have a simple and hassle-free return process.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. VIP Gold members enjoy a 60-day return window, and Platinum members get 90 days.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn (trial is acceptable)
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original Zolo Fashions packaging
- Items purchased during flash sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
- Innerwear, swimwear, and personalised/customised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Accessories such as jewellery and sunglasses must be returned in undamaged, original condition
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Zolo Fashions account and navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Return / Exchange" next to the item you wish to return
- Choose a reason for the return and select whether you want a refund or exchange
- Schedule a pickup — our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact

COD Order Returns
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID. You will need to provide your bank details (account number and IFSC) or UPI ID when initiating the return. Refunds for COD orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchange Policy
If you would like a different size or colour, you can opt for an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the timelines below.

Please note: Refund timelines start after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Actual bank processing times may vary.
Refund to Zolo Credits
You can choose to receive your refund as Zolo Credits instead of a bank refund. Zolo Credits are applied instantly to your account and can be used on any future purchase. Zolo Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days (subject to approval)
- Items showing signs of minor wear but still in resalable condition
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags (a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply)
Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. No shipping or restocking fees apply for damaged or defective items.
